Infrastructure Digital Delivery Lead

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Digital Delivery Lead to drive digital transformation, BIM excellence, and automation across its Transport & Infrastructure business in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Author and enforce the Digital Delivery Execution Plan and BIM Execution Plans in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Establish and manage the Common Data Environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, including automated review workflows and security permissions.
• Architect bidirectional data pipelines between GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS) and engineering design tools (Civil 3D, OpenRoads) and build Digital Twin schemas.
• Maintain quality control over 2D CAD deliverables while ensuring dynamic updates from the core 3D federated model.
• Manage large‑scale visual models in InfraWorks, Twinmotion or Unreal Engine and integrate reality‑capture data (UAV, LiDAR) into design environments.
• Develop and deploy custom automations using Dynamo, Python or VBA and implement AI‑driven design and predictive audit tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; Master’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience leading digital delivery on large‑scale transport and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with roads, highways, rail, bridges, utilities, aviation or smart infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and experience working in the UAE or wider Middle East preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks and Revit.
• Expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Geospatial skills: Esri ArcGIS (Pro/Online) and QGIS.
• Digital Twin platforms: Autodesk Tandem, Bentley iTwin or custom web‑based twins.
• Automation tools: Dynamo, Python, VBA.
• Experience with AI‑driven design optimisation and generative design algorithms.
