Infrastructure Draftsman

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is expanding its onsite supervision team. We are looking for an Infrastructure Draftsman to prepare, develop and maintain accurate technical drawings for infrastructure and civil works across our projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and modify detailed infrastructure and civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Produce drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks, pavements, kerbs, footpaths and other external works.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, layouts and construction/shop drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, project engineers, surveyors, consultants and site teams to ensure drawings reflect project requirements.
• Review and incorporate revisions from engineering instructions, consultant comments and site conditions.
• Prepare as‑built drawings and maintain proper records of revisions, submissions and approvals.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an infrastructure/civil draftsman in the construction industry.
• Strong experience preparing drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks and external works.
• Previous UAE/GCC experience preferred, with knowledge of local construction standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Civil 3D (advantageous).
