Infrastructure Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Infrastructure Estimator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a range of infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and develop accurate cost estimates for roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, irrigation and related civil works.
• Build rate sheets for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors and temporary works, and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits when required, analyse tender risks and commercial considerations, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning and construction teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE infrastructure estimation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Candy Estimation Software and proven ability to prepare complete tender estimates independently.
