About the role
We are seeking an experienced In‑House Legal Counsel to join the leadership team of a well‑established financial services group operating within ADGM. The role involves acting as a trusted business partner, providing corporate and commercial legal advice across a multi‑divisional platform.
Key responsibilities
- Advise senior stakeholders and the executive team on corporate and commercial transactions.
- Support governance, regulatory matters and day‑to‑day legal risk management.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure compliance with ADGM regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documentation.
Required profile
- 5–12 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
- Qualified to practice law in the UK, US, Australia or Canada.
- Experience within a financial services environment, either in‑house or at a leading law firm.
- Currently residing and working in Abu Dhabi.
