Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve in‑room dining orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑desk teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest requests and special dietary needs professionally.
• Process payments and manage service charges according to hotel procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of experience in a hospitality or food‑service role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
