In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Join the In‑Room Dining team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi and provide guests with personalized food and beverage service directly to their rooms. As an In‑Room Dining Waiter/Waitress you will ensure every order is delivered with the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and genuine care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages and amenities to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and set up trays and service trolleys according to Rosewood service standards.
• Verify that all orders are complete, accurate and impeccably presented before delivery.
• Maintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In‑Room Dining area.
• Collect used trays, trolleys and equipment, ensuring proper inventory control.
• Communicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors to continuously improve the guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation and service quality.
• Organised, dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
