Inside Sales Engineer

About the role

GC International is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will be an engineering graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in technical or industrial equipment sales, responsible for matching customer needs with engineering solutions and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical quotations, estimates, proposals and tender responses.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to deliver accurate solutions.
• Maintain customer follow‑up, track issues and support problem resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity, forecast and pipeline reports.
• Represent GC International at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in customer management and solution selling.
