About the role
Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a technology and ERP solutions provider in the UAE to hire a Junior Inside Sales Executive. This entry‑level position focuses on turning prospect lists into real business meetings through phone and email outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily outbound cold calls and email campaigns to prospective customers.
- Profile target accounts and reach decision‑makers such as CFOs, CIOs, IT Directors and HR Directors.
- Qualify interest, book meetings for the sales team and keep the CRM and pipeline up to date.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation or B2B business development.
- Based in the UAE with good familiarity with the local business market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections and speaking to senior decision‑makers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- LinkedIn prospecting experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
