Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role involves outbound calling and emailing to build relationships and set up opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business prospects.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture relationships and stay informed on industry trends in security, networking and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience for cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong motivation for cold‑calling and probing questions.
• Fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NGFW (next‑generation firewalls).
• Experience with endpoint security, backup solutions, servers and storage technologies.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑mining tools.
