Institutional Relationship Manager – Crypto Derivatives

About the role

Bybit is looking for an experienced Institutional Relationship Manager to drive growth in its crypto derivatives business. The role focuses on acquiring and nurturing relationships with trading firms, market makers and other institutional clients worldwide. You will be responsible for expanding Bybit’s presence in the institutional crypto market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing institutional clients to ensure ongoing business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights to product teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and market analysis for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
