About the role

The In‑Store Digital Specialist enhances customer experiences and coworker efficiency by driving and refining digital solutions within IKEA stores in Jebel Ali. This role bridges physical store operations with digital platforms, ensuring effective implementation and optimisation of technologies such as marketing automation and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate in‑store digital solutions including kiosks, assisted‑selling tools, digital signage, mobile tools and customer meeting‑point solutions.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, identify gaps and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure operational readiness and adoption through coworker training, SOP creation and support during rollout and post‑launch phases.
• Drive omnichannel integration to connect physical touchpoints with digital channels, reducing friction in the customer journey.
• Support marketing automation and AI‑enabled initiatives to improve campaign accuracy, engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, maintenance and enhancement of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Experience supporting AI or data‑driven initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with in‑store technologies, APIs, CMS and analytics tools.
• Hands‑on experience in web and mobile technologies and programming languages.
