Instructor I – Logistics & General Subjects

About the role

Edge is seeking an Instructor I to deliver Levels I‑III technical training in logistics and general subjects for the UAE Army at the General Maintenance Corps training school. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating classroom and workshop courses while ensuring compliance with ISO quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce all safety, security, and company policies during training activities.
• Advise the Chief Instructor on course development, delivery, and student performance.
• Design, develop and analyse courses using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
• Deliver classroom and workshop sessions, prepare technical evaluations, and provide coaching to maximise graduation rates.
• Maintain instructional materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are properly accounted for.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) and a recognised military training background.
• Minimum four years’ experience as an instructor in logistics/general subjects.
• At least two years of military experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence or ability to obtain one.
