Insurance Agent – Auto Telesales

About the role

As an Insurance Agent at Bayut & dubizzle, you will promote and close car insurance policies for C2C car buyers and sellers on the dubizzle platform. You will work primarily over the phone, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch auto insurance options.
• Assess customer eligibility and recommend suitable insurance packages.
• Manage the full telesales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present customised solutions via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Cross‑sell value‑added services such as car inspection, warranty, and finance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, quotations, and closed deals.
• Share daily performance updates with the team lead and meet monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto insurance sales, preferably telesales.
• Experience in high‑volume inside sales or call‑centre environments.
• Familiarity with the UAE automotive market and car insurance landscape.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑oriented, able to multitask and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
