Insurance Officer

About the role

The Insurance Officer will manage the full lifecycle of insurance policies for our clients in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, insurers, underwriters and brokers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all policy transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, endorse, renew and cancel insurance policies across motor, medical, life and property lines.
• Obtain quotations and coverage terms by liaising with insurers, underwriters and brokers.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their individual needs.
• Prepare, review and maintain policy documents, contracts and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Insurance Authority and Central Bank regulations.
• Process claims, gather documentation, obtain approvals and coordinate settlements.
• Maintain accurate client records and update insurance databases.
• Monitor premium payments, follow up on outstanding balances and manage policy expiries.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
