Integrated Delivery Lead

About the role

The Integrated Delivery Lead is responsible for steering the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a program. This role ensures that workstreams are aligned, integrated, and executed successfully to meet program objectives while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple interconnected projects.
• Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across workstreams.
• Establish and maintain an integrated program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, quality standards, and resource utilization to drive delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers to achieve program outcomes.
• Facilitate decision‑making and resolve cross‑functional challenges impacting timelines.
• Provide regular program status updates, reporting, and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program execution and delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program, project or delivery management, including large‑scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
