Integrated Designer

About the role

This mid‑senior design position sits at the intersection of concept and craft, working independently on a broad range of integrated briefs for a global agency network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts across integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, print, retail, and OOH.
• Produce artwork and production‑ready assets for static and animated online banners, Meta and TikTok content, OOH, print and retail.
• Storyboard and develop animation concepts for motion and video content.
• Present design work and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support junior designers, share knowledge and help raise studio standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level with strong integrated design capability across static and motion.
• Ability to work independently on diverse briefs and make design decisions with authority.
• Agentic problem‑solving approach with critical judgment over AI‑generated outputs.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Strong typography, layout and technical skills.
• Experience with static and animated online banners, social content formats (Meta, TikTok), OOH, print and retail.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for image generation, ideation and workflow enhancement.
