Integrated Service Management Analyst - UAE National

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, as an Integrated Service Management Analyst. You will ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) across GCC factories and MENA logistics aligns with corporate governance and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the IMS, managing document lifecycles (review, validation, approval, publication, distribution, archiving, version control).
• Monitor document review cycles, ensure timely updates, traceability, and communication of revisions to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with SOX controls, certifications, and management system standards through monitoring, reporting, and follow‑up.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, handle auditor requests, and drive closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Track contract validity and renewal for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining proper documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Assist with insurance submissions, contract governance activities, and financial integrity controls.
• Coordinate training and awareness initiatives on compliance, governance, document control, and management systems.
• Produce reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Quality Systems, Audit Coordination or Business Process Management.
• Experience with ISO‑based management systems, SOX controls, audits or document management processes preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or FMCG environments is advantageous.
