Interior Architect – Luxury Villa Projects with AI (Dubai)

About the role

The client, a leading construction and development firm in Dubai, is seeking an Interior Architect to work on luxury residential villa projects. The role blends traditional architecture and interior design expertise with cutting‑edge AI and computational tools to accelerate the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate architectural and interior design documentation from concept through authority submission for Palm Jumeirah villas.
• Build and maintain BIM models and parametric workflows that generate plan variations, area schedules and façade options in hours.
• Integrate frontier AI image, language and multimodal models for concept visualisation, specification drafting and automated drawing checks.
• Develop scripts and automations that link design data to the company’s operating system and define data standards for reuse across projects.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture and interior design, preferably on luxury residential projects.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools within the design workflow.
• Proven ability to deliver complete design documentation that meets Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Comfortable working under a design director and training the wider design team on new workflows.
