Interior Architecture Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail‑oriented Interior Architecture Manager to lead interior architecture projects from concept development through design coordination and project completion. The role combines strong design expertise with leadership, project management, and technical coordination to deliver functional, visually compelling interior spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee interior architecture projects, ensuring design concepts align with client requirements, project objectives, and brand standards.
• Develop design strategies, space‑planning concepts, layouts, material palettes, and interior design proposals.
• Manage the full design process from initial concepts to technical documentation and project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor interior designers, architects, and design team members to maintain high creative and technical standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, construction details, and design documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure interior layouts meet building regulations, accessibility, safety standards, and design guidelines.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural detailing, materials, finishes, lighting, and interior construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction documentation, and project specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
