Interior Design Manager - Residential Renovation

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC, a Dubai-based contractor specialising in luxury villa and apartment renovations, interior fit-outs, extensions and bespoke joinery, is looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead its growing design department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers, 3D visualizers and draftsmen.
• Oversee the full design process, from concept development to final technical drawings and approvals.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, material selections and finishes to clients.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, project budgets and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams and the in-house joinery department.
• Review and approve drawings, 3D renderings and material specifications.
• Manage design deliverables and deadlines across multiple ongoing residential projects.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure smooth design execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai experience in luxury residential interior design and renovations.
• Proven experience managing a team of designers, visualizers and draftsmen.
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, bespoke joinery and construction processes.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence; immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Relevant design software
