Interior Designer - Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Careers International is hiring an Interior Designer with a strong background in interior design, joinery and fit-out projects. The designer meets clients, prepares designs, coordinates procurement and develops interior solutions for villas, houses and offices. The work location is Ajman Factory / Al Quoz, Dubai, on a 3 days on-site and 3 days work-from-home arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and understand their design requirements.
• Develop interior fit-out and joinery designs based on client needs.
• Prepare 3D architectural and interior designs and visualizations.
• Design decorative and functional interior elements for villas, houses and offices.
• Coordinate joinery requirements with the factory and project teams.
• Assist with procurement of materials, finishes, furniture and decorative items.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, factory teams and other stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and client locations as required.
• Ensure designs are practical, visually appealing and aligned with project requirements.

Required profile

• Interior design qualification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of 3D architectural and interior design.
• Understanding of joinery, interior fit-out, materials and finishes.
• Good communication and client-handling skills; creative approach with attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.
• UAE freshers can apply; Indian experience will be considered.
• Own visa is preferred.
