Interior Designer – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

Greenbull is seeking an Interior Designer to lead the design vision for luxury and ultra‑luxury villa redevelopment projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will translate creative concepts into practical, high‑quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the company’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt architectural and interior design concepts that reflect Greenbull’s “Miami House” identity or Signature Villas.
• Produce accurate drawings and design packages compliant with local authority regulations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Site Lead, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee proper execution of design intent on‑site.
• Conduct site visits to verify materials, finishes, and detailing meet the required standards.
• Research, propose, and select luxury materials and finishes; prepare mood boards and investor presentation material.
• Maintain clear communication of design intent across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on international design trends and contribute to the development of Greenbull’s “Miami House Collection”.

Required profile

• Strong architectural and interior design expertise with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of authority requirements and construction methods in Dubai.
• Creativity balanced with budget awareness and practical feasibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with the ultra‑luxury property market standards.
