Interior Designer & Sales Representative

About the role

OPPEIN UAE is looking for a creative, results-driven Interior Designer and Sales Representative to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role combines interior design expertise with sales skills to develop custom home solutions, advise clients on product choices and manage projects from first consultation to completion. Candidates with experience in kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, furniture or interior sales who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on their design preferences, lifestyle needs, space requirements and budgets.
• Develop custom kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry and interior design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts, quotations, proposals and product recommendations.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from follow-up and negotiation to deal closure.
• Achieve sales targets while building strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams on project planning, production, delivery and installation.
• Advise on materials, finishes, layouts and furnishing options, keeping designs within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in interior design or related sales, preferably kitchens, cabinetry, furniture, interior solutions or real estate.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, quote, close deals and hit sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, creativity, organisation and customer relationship management skills.
• Immediate joining is essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in interior design software.
• Familiarity with space planning, design presentations and custom furnishing solutions.
