Interior Engineer – Luxury Yachts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Engineer to join a leading luxury yacht builder in Ras Al‑Khaimah. This hands‑on position covers the entire interior development lifecycle, from concept design through to on‑board installation, allowing you to shape high‑end bespoke spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D technical drawings for interior furniture and components.
• Oversee workshop production, ensuring technical documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support and coordinate the installation of interiors on completed yachts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and production teams to align design intent with technical feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in material selection and execution processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior outfitting, furniture design, or yacht interiors.
• Strong ability to balance aesthetic design with engineering constraints.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (3D modelling and drafting).
