Internal Auditor (UAE National) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves planning and conducting financial, operational, compliance and process audits, while supporting risk‑management and governance initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial, operational, compliance and process audits.
• Review internal controls, identify gaps, risks and recommend improvements.
• Perform risk assessments and assist in preparing the annual audit plan.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Track audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support investigations related to fraud, irregularities or policy violations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Risk and other departments.
• Assist external auditors and regulatory reviews as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant experience in internal audit, risk, compliance or finance audit.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CISA or CMA are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
