International Account Manager

About the role

Pickl, a fast‑growing burger and fried‑chicken brand, is looking for an International Account Manager to join its Dubai office. You will be the main liaison with franchise partners, distributors and key accounts across all of Pickl’s operating markets, supporting the brand’s regional expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with international franchise partners and distributors.
• Coordinate commercial activities, monitor sales trends and ensure brand standards are applied consistently.
• Handle contract obligations, support new market launches and prepare performance reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance and supply‑chain teams to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel occasionally across regional markets to support partners on‑site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international account management, key‑account management or business development, preferably in F&B, retail or franchising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
• Comfort working on‑site in Dubai and collaborating with local and international teams.
• Familiarity with food‑and‑beverage operations, franchise models or quick‑service restaurant brands is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for sales analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and reporting.
