International Sales Manager MEA

About the role

The International Sales Manager will drive Antunes’ growth across the Middle East and Africa by securing new Foodservice accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets, using data‑driven forecasting.
• Engage Foodservice consultants and kitchen designers to specify Antunes equipment in new projects.
• Strengthen and coach distributor partners while managing key QSR chain relationships.
• Promote core product portfolio, including advanced water‑softening and reverse osmosis systems.
• Identify market trends and develop mitigation strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, NPD, and global leadership to align regional needs with product innovation.
• Travel up to 60% across MEA to build relationships and uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years B2B sales experience in Foodservice or Commercial Kitchen equipment.
• Proven track record managing sales in the Middle East and Africa.
• Understanding of commercial kitchen operations and water‑filtration technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
