Inventory And Audit Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Audit Assistant to join our Inventory Control / Auditing Team. The role involves supporting the Inventory Controller in conducting physical stock counts, audits and discrepancy reporting across Medon Pharmacy branches throughout the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory audits at Medon Pharmacy branches across the UAE.
• Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate stock count and audit reports.
• Support daily inventory control activities and coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of inventory records.
• Travel to different Medon Pharmacy branch locations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
• Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock counting and inventory procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
