Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator will oversee all inventory control activities for Bateel International’s Dubai operations, ensuring stock accuracy of at least 99% and supporting efficient warehouse processes. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the role combines transaction management, perishable‑goods monitoring, and system optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily transactions (GRN, GRV, transfer orders, sales invoices) on time and highlight pending items to relevant departments.
• Supervise real‑time records of perishable products to minimise expiry and stock‑outs.
• Coordinate with purchasing to obtain ordered goods, manage out‑of‑stock situations, and ensure timely invoice submission to finance.
• Monitor and reconcile reserved locations, physical dispatches, and delivery notes on a weekly basis.
• Maintain health and safety standards, report incidents, and ensure compliance with quality and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree and Occupational Health Card.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Inventory Coordinator or in a similar inventory‑control role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, specifically Navision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
• Analytical skills for inventory accuracy and cycle‑count processes.
