Inventory, Procurement & Pricing Manager

About the role

The Inventory, Procurement & Pricing Manager will oversee parts inventory, procurement activities and pricing coordination across all Al Rostamani Group outlets. The role ensures optimal stock levels, cost‑effective purchasing and alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control parts inventory across warehouses and branches, maintaining optimal stock to avoid over‑stocking or shortages.
• Plan and execute procurement based on sales forecasts, OEM targets and customer demand, issuing purchase orders to local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and payment conditions with vendors, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate inter‑branch transfers, track shipments, manage customs clearance and logistics.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to keep part prices competitive and profitable.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory health, procurement KPIs, supplier performance and financial exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in inventory control and procurement, preferably in the automotive or spare‑parts industry.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.
