Investment Analyst (UAE National) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

A large, well-established organisation with a strong market presence is looking for an Investment Analyst based in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees and optimises commercial and financial frameworks within a global organisation, requiring expertise in financial structuring, strategic analysis and commercial operations. It is open to UAE nationals and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and delegated authority frameworks.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports to support senior management decision-making.
• Review and analyse financial models, including key assumptions and sensitivities.
• Evaluate business opportunities and assess financial performance and risks.
• Conduct financial, market and operational analysis, and develop scenario and stress-case analyses.
• Support due diligence through data analysis and validation, and assist in evaluating funding approaches and financial planning strategies.
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations and materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analysis is complete and aligned.

Required profile

• Degree in finance or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, capital structuring and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial modelling tools and software.
