Investment Manager – Europe & Americas (UAE National Only)

About the role

The Investment Manager will lead Dubai’s investment attraction and international business expansion across Europe and the Americas. Reporting to the Regional Director, the role focuses on identifying high‑value opportunities, nurturing investor relationships, and supporting Dubai‑based companies entering these markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Director in converting strategic priorities into actionable plans and monitoring KPIs.
• Manage the investment pipeline through the approved CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow‑up.
• Identify, assess and prioritize high‑potential companies and investors aligned with Dubai’s priority sectors.
• Conduct market, sector and company research to inform regional planning and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with international offices and internal departments to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Prepare performance reports, opportunity pipelines, executive presentations and strategic analyses for senior management.
• Guide prospective investors through the full journey from engagement to establishment and growth in Dubai.
• Advise international companies on Dubai’s business ecosystem and connect them with regulators, free zones and private‑sector partners.
• Support Dubai‑based firms in accessing markets across Europe and the Americas by identifying partners, customers and investment prospects.
• Represent Dubai Chambers at targeted events and build relationships with priority companies, investors and ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• UAE national (as indicated in the title).
• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in investment attraction, international business development or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver results in a multicultural environment.
