Investment Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The Investment Manager – Healthcare will join a leading private equity team in Abu Dhabi, overseeing a portfolio of healthcare assets. The role focuses on portfolio management, performance monitoring and driving value‑creation initiatives while collaborating closely with the leadership teams of portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of healthcare portfolio companies.
• Identify and implement value‑creation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Support both greenfield and brownfield healthcare projects from inception to execution.
• Work closely with senior leadership of portfolio companies to align strategic objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, modelling and valuation for investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in private equity, investments, transaction advisory or a related area.
• Prior exposure to healthcare investments or assets.
• Experience working on greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE or wider GCC market.
