Investment Professional – Global Private Equity & Credit

About the role
Our client, a large single‑family office based in Dubai, invests across the capital structure – private equity and credit – in Europe, the United States and, to a lesser extent, Asia. The firm pursues late‑stage venture capital, growth equity, leveraged buy‑outs and typically takes large minority stakes. The Investment Professional will join the team to support and drive the full deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Originate investment opportunities across private equity and credit markets.
- Conduct due‑diligence, financial analysis and valuation modelling.
- Execute transaction documentation and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies post‑investment.
Required profile
- Prior investment experience at a reputable private‑equity firm.
- Corporate finance background from a top‑tier investment bank.
- Strong interest in relocating to the Middle East.
- Degree from a top‑tier university.
