Investment Professional – Global Private Equity (Dubai)

About the role

Our client is a large single‑family office based in Dubai that invests across the capital structure – from private equity to credit – in Europe, the United States and Asia. The firm focuses on late‑stage venture capital, growth equity, leveraged buy‑outs and large minority stakes. The Investment Professional will join a high‑performing team to source, evaluate and execute global private‑equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive all stages of the deal process, from origination and due‑diligence to execution and closing.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling and LBO structuring for prospective investments.
• Collaborate with senior partners on portfolio monitoring and value‑creation initiatives.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to internal investment committees.

Required profile

• Prior investing experience at a reputable private‑equity firm.
• Corporate‑finance background at a top‑tier investment bank.
• Strong interest in relocating to or working in the Middle East.
• Excellent financial‑modelling capabilities.
• A degree from a top‑tier university.
