About the role
Our client, a large single‑family office based in Dubai, invests across the capital structure – from private equity to credit – in Europe, the US and, to a lesser extent, Asia. The role focuses on supporting and driving the full deal lifecycle for late‑stage venture, growth, LBO and minority‑stake investments.
Key responsibilities
- Originate, evaluate and execute private‑equity and credit transactions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end deal process, including due diligence, structuring and closing.
- Oversee post‑investment portfolio management and value creation initiatives.
Required profile
- Prior investing experience at a reputable private‑equity firm.
- Corporate finance experience at a top‑tier investment bank.
- Strong interest in relocating to the Middle East.
- A degree from a top‑tier university.
Required skills
- Financial modelling.
