Investment Professional – Private Equity – Global Fund (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are working with a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by significant capital to invest across strategic private equity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high‑calibre investment team that invests in control stakes and co‑invests alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management.
• Build and analyse financial models to support investment decision‑making.
• Lead specific workstreams, including diligence processes, and act as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners.
• Work alongside top‑tier private equity firms and asset managers on co‑investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience on the buyside in private equity for a tier‑1 firm (essential).
• Prior investment banking or consulting exposure (welcome).
• Strong academic background from a top‑tier university.
• Commercially minded with high professional standards and integrity.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full‑time basis.
