Investment Professional – Private Equity (Global Fund)

About the role

We are partnering with a global investment firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi that manages a sizable private‑equity fund. The firm seeks an Investment Professional (Associate level) to support its strategy of acquiring control stakes and co‑investing alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full transaction lifecycle, from deal origination and execution to post‑investment portfolio management.
• Build and analyse detailed financial models to inform investment decisions.
• Lead specific workstreams, including due‑diligence processes, and serve as a primary liaison for management teams, industry experts and investment partners.
• Collaborate with top‑tier private‑equity firms and asset managers on co‑investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior buyside experience in private equity at a tier‑1 firm (essential).
• Investment banking or consulting background is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials from a top‑tier university.
• Commercially minded with high professional standards and integrity.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full‑time basis.
