Investment & Wealth Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Investment & Wealth Manager to join Berkana, an invitation‑only community of 100 women principals of single‑family offices in the UAE. The role focuses on understanding the investment strategies of ultra‑high‑net‑worth members and connecting them with high‑quality private‑market opportunities across sectors such as venture capital, private equity, deep tech, AI, real assets and impact‑aligned projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed investment profiles for each member, covering asset classes, sectors, geographies, ticket sizes, risk appetite and liquidity preferences.
• Continuously monitor and analyse deal flow in venture capital, private equity, private credit, real estate, deep‑tech, AI and impact investments.
• Assess the fit of each opportunity against individual member mandates and present tailored recommendations.
• Facilitate introductions and investment connections while ensuring strict confidentiality of UHNW client information.
• Collaborate with the Berkana team to source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities that align with members’ long‑term vision.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in investment analysis, private‑market investing or family‑office advisory.
• Proven ability to work with ultra‑high‑net‑worth investors and manage confidential information.
• Strong understanding of capital allocation, asset allocation and portfolio construction across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
