Investor Co‑founder & Chief Operating Partner

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National investor co‑founder to join the founders in building AXON’s customer and commercial operations. This equity‑only position requires a personal investment starting from AED 250,000 and involves an active operating role based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify valuable initial use cases by working directly with executives and business owners.
• Develop relationships with early customers and pilot participants, shaping the customer proposition, pricing and onboarding experience.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the technical team and establish processes for implementation, support and feedback.
• Translate lessons from early engagements into a repeatable commercial offering.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) – other GCC nationals may be considered.
• Entrepreneurial or operational background with understanding of executive needs.
• Experience in operations, technology implementation, executive services or customer development.
• Comfortable working through uncertainty and taking responsibility for execution.
• Available for hands‑on involvement in Dubai.
