Investor Relations Consultant – Private Equity, Venture Capital & EIS

About the role

You will act as an independent Investor Relations Consultant, focusing on private‑equity, venture‑capital and EIS opportunities. The position is commission‑based, allowing you to set your own hours and work from Mayfair or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contract through your own limited company or as a sole trader and manage your own schedule.
• Generate revenue by introducing investors to live‑diligenced mandates and receive monthly payments on settled deals.
• Utilise the provided 50,000‑investor database, SDR‑booked meetings and CRM tools to source and qualify prospects.
• Operate under the firm’s compliance framework, certifying investor status and using approved marketing materials.

Required profile

• Proven track record placing unlisted, EIS, VCT or other alternative investments with high‑net‑worth or sophisticated investors.
• Existing investor relationships or demonstrated ability to build them quickly.
• Strong discipline on compliance and willingness to work on a results‑only basis (no salary).
