Investor Relations – Institutional Capital Raising (GCC)

About the role

Greenstone is seeking senior Investor Relations professionals to join its GCC team in Dubai. Based on the 120th floor of the Burj Khalifa, you will work directly with senior leadership and global fund managers to raise capital from sophisticated institutional investors across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full fundraising cycle, from targeting and outreach to due diligence and closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, family offices, asset managers and private banks.
• Lead investor meetings, fund‑manager roadshows and structured follow‑up activities.
• Develop deep knowledge of each alternative‑investment strategy and communicate its positioning clearly.
• Maintain a disciplined investor pipeline and achieve defined fundraising targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in institutional capital raising, fund placement, investor relations or institutional sales.
• Background in private markets, alternatives or asset management.
• Ability to engage senior investors and manage complex, long‑term sales processes.
• Commercially focused, performance‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the GCC investor landscape is advantageous; Arabic language skills are a plus.
