Investor Relations – Institutional Capital Raising (GCC)

About the role

Greenstone is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead institutional capital raising across the GCC from its Dubai office. The role is commercial and revenue‑generating, reporting directly to senior leadership and working with global fund managers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent global fund managers across private equity, credit, venture, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative strategies.
• Own the full fundraising lifecycle: investor targeting, outreach, meetings, roadshows, due diligence, pipeline management and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, family offices, private banks and asset managers.
• Develop deep understanding of each fund’s strategy, track record and market positioning.
• Present complex investment opportunities to senior institutional investors.
• Collaborate with fund managers and internal teams to craft GCC‑specific fundraising strategies.
• Maintain accurate investor pipeline using CRM and provide regular reporting.
• Achieve defined fundraising targets and contribute to a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, intellectually curious and resilient.
• Proven experience in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales or Investor Relations.
• Exposure to private markets, alternative investments or asset management.
• Confidence to engage senior investors and decision‑makers.
