About the role
The IPO Senior Specialist role is a temporary position based in Abu Dhabi's Al Bateen Building, reporting directly to the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls regarding IPO inquiries.
- Provide branch support for IPO queries.
- Perform data entry tasks.
Required profile
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- Positive language usage.
- Time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
