IPO Senior Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking an enthusiastic IPO Senior Specialist on a temporary basis to join its Shareholders Services team at the Al Bateen Building in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for investors and branch staff with questions about initial public offerings. This role combines customer‑facing communication with accurate data handling in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries related to IPOs, providing clear and accurate information.
• Support branch offices by addressing their IPO‑related queries and guiding them through processes.
• Enter, update, and maintain IPO data in internal systems, ensuring high data quality.
• Document and track all inquiries to facilitate reporting and continuous improvement.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering complete, correct information.
• Patience, positive language usage, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
