ISIPCA Intern – Fragrance Creation

About the role

This internship is designed for a Year 3 ISIPCA student to develop market awareness, technical fragrance formulation skills, and professional maturity within IFF’s Scent Design & Creation team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple local and regional perfumery projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to creative fragrance projects under guidance of experienced perfumers.
• Complete creative briefs to develop technical and creative perfumery skills.
• Assist with fragrance evaluations and sensory learning activities.
• Apply laboratory best practices, including safety, organization, and sample handling.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Year 3 of the ISIPCA Scent Design and Creation program.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work safely in a laboratory environment.
