Islamic Finance Executive – Personal Finance (Dubai & NE)

About the role

The Personal Finance – Islamic Finance Executive will source Al Khair/Tadawul products to targeted segments in Dubai and the North‑East region of the UAE, building relationships with institutions and governmental departments to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and sell Al Khair/Tadawul personal finance products to the specified target segment, achieving or exceeding assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with institutions and governmental departments; visit them to meet potential customers and close deals within ADIB’s turnaround times.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, verify critical documents (bank statements, passport, salary certificate) and forward them for processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, prepare files according to checklists, and ensure disbursement within 24 hours of signing.
• Ensure all submitted deals are error‑free, monitor file activation, and notify relevant parties of any delays.
• Provide prompt, confidential service to customers while adhering to office timings and secrecy norms.
• Cross‑sell other banking products and escalate customer complaints when necessary.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of service standards, sales techniques and computer skills.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations and associated risks.
• General awareness of local market competitors.
