IT Administrator - ERP & Digital Transformation

About the role

ESS AE Holdings is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join its growing corporate team in the UAE. The role goes beyond day-to-day IT support: it contributes to digital transformation, ERP implementation, systems integration and technology enablement. You will help ensure the reliability, security and efficiency of the technology environment while supporting the adoption of enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain networks, systems, hardware, software, users and IT assets
• Take part in ERP implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, integration and post-go-live support
• Support technology initiatives that improve business processes, operational efficiency and organisational connectivity
• Support access management, system security, backups, data protection and business continuity
• Work with ERP consultants, technology vendors, management and internal departments on technology projects

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant IT administration experience
• Proven hands-on ERP implementation experience (mandatory)
• Experience coordinating with ERP consultants and implementation partners
• Ability to take ownership and work well in a growing corporate environment

Required skills

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of system integration, testing and data migration
• Analytical, problem-solving and project coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Odoo ERP implementation experience is a strong advantage
