IT Administrator – Hamriyah Free Zone

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join our team at Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah. The successful candidate will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensure smooth network operations, and provide first‑line support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components across the organization.
• Monitor and manage all installed infrastructure, including servers, networks and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords, and provide ongoing user support.
• Implement and monitor data security measures, backup systems and intrusion detection.
• Maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT or System Administrator (internships count).
• Fluent English communication skills.
