IT Administrator – Network, Infrastructure & Project Lead

About the role
The company is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead network, infrastructure and project initiatives across multiple office locations. You will design, deploy and maintain core networking and server environments while driving AI‑enabled productivity improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement network infrastructure for new office setups from planning through go‑live.
- Configure and manage firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet FortiGate) and enforce network security policies.
- Deploy, optimise and support enterprise Wi‑Fi, switches, VLANs, routing and wireless solutions.
- Install, configure and administer Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory and related services.
- Deploy and manage SAN storage, physical servers and virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware).
- Administer Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID and Intune.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare bills of materials and provide presales technical support.
- Create project documentation, network diagrams and handover reports.
- Lead AI productivity initiatives using Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, security hardening and infrastructure support.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
- Proven end‑to‑end delivery of greenfield office network and Wi‑Fi projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server installation and administration (2019, 2022, 2025).
- Experience deploying SAN, physical servers and virtualization solutions.
- Valid driving licence for client site visits.
- Strong documentation and client‑facing communication skills.

- Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, AD CS.
- SAN, NAS, RAID, Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Veeam Backup.
- Hyper‑V, VMware vSphere/ESXi, failover clustering, live migration.
- Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online.
